Step-by-Step Success, LLC was founded in 2008 by Shannon Gunter, MS, BCBA. She began her career at the age of 15 when she was trained under UCLA's graduate students in Lovaas. Since that time, Shannon has gone on to be a Behavior Technician, an ESE teacher, a BCaBA and in 2008 she graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Shortly after graduation, Step-by-Step was born.
Since the opening of Step-by-Step, Shannon and her team has provided ABA services to hundred of children and adults. Step-by-Step began providing ABA services in Marion County and has since expanded throughout Florida. Step-by-Step only employs highly qualified team members who have a passion for changing lives. All team members are with BCBA's , BCaBA's, or RBT's. Team members are all certified in Professional Crisis Management Strategies through PCMA and are BLS certified. Team members also receive regular training and daily guidance from the BCBA.
